A few changes at Link Recruitment
In business companies go through change all of the time, however, the main one for us has been Joanna’s retirement. We have been a team of 3 for 20 years and have had some great experiences. Link Recruitment will obviously continue with Karen and myself so as always; we are here to help you with your recruitment needs whether that is to help find staff or to help find work.
We have also updated our website and hope it is now a bit faster and easier to use.
We are very busy trying to find candidates for our clients so if you know anyone in Carlisle or Lockerbie areas looking for temporary or permanent work, please ask them to give us a ring for a quick chat, we would love to hear from you!
We have updated our recruitment procedures to make it easier for you to register with us.
We now email all the required forms, contracts etc for you to e-sign so that we have more time to speak with you when you come in for an interview. For candidates who live further away we can also interview via video which makes the whole process a lot quicker.
Over the last 3-4 months we have managed to secure permanent work for 8 people, and we wish them all good luck in their new careers.
