It is challenging times for us all and we hope that you are all well. On 26th March, the Government announced details of it’s Job Retention Scheme. This temporary scheme is available to all employers, including recruitment agencies, and covers agency workers on PAYE. We are currently working with industry bodies including the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and TEAM in reviewing the guidance. We will inform everyone when we have clarification on how the scheme will operate for agency workers.
